What would make the P0341 and the P1404 codes go off together?(1999 Chevy Malibu)

I'm getting a P0306, P0341 and a P1404 code, could this be one issue or is it more likely multiple problems?

P0306 Misfire number 6 cylinder

P0341 Camshaft position sensor performance

P1404 Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) closed position performance

When a false air enters the engine you get a lean misfire,What is questionable is P1404 and is it truly in the closed position,If it is just slighly open you can get a misfire on one particular cylinder , As for P0341 , excessive cranking  with no start can cause camshaft performance code, Suspect the EGR as the cause, as being slightly open .
