2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7L and I'm getting a P0442 EVAP emission code

Question

Bodyshop changed the quarter panel on my 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7L and now I'm getting a P0442 EVAP emission code, are they at fault?

P0442 Small EVAP leak detected,

In order to fix and repair the qauter panel,alot of component has to be removed,So in a way they are responsible, Small leak does not neccessarily mean fuel cap leak this can come from EVAP hose not propery secure or even not properly installed,
