Will this code (P0463) cause my 04 jeep grand cherokee not to start just crank and crack.

Vehicle: 2004 jeep grand cherokee

Hi there,

This code is for the fuel level sensor circuit. It could be causing the issue if the wiring to the sensor is no good. This is because it's in the same harness and connector as the fuel pump. So, if the wiring is damaged, the fuel pump may not be getting power.
