my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 is showing code P3400 how can I get a possible repair solution

The engine light turned on took it to the nearest auto part and code p3400 and p1521 came up, I already change the oil and filter and engine light is still on

P1521 by itself is a software issue there has been a TSB for this situation which involves erasing and reprograming the PCM with a new software. As for P3400 this is more complex , you may have insufficient oil pressure acting on the lifter locking pins.or the oil passage restricted , to access the MDS solenoid you will need to remove the intake manifold, and remove the MDS solenoid and clean out the passage of any debris.
