2009 SATURN AURA, CODE # P0449. RESET CHECK ENGINE LITE ON MANY TIMES, CHANGE THE FOLLOWING: GAS CAP, Solenoid Purge Valve, ON TOP OF ENGINE & I DON'T FILL GAS TANK TO THE TOP ANY MORE. PLEASE HELP.

P0449 Evaporative emission (EVAP) vent solenoid control circuit

P0443 would be for the evap purge but you have P0449 you need to test the control circuit, this is more of a electrical concern.With the vent solenoid control valve.You need to  test the Evap vent circuit, Check the fuse first listed as Emission 2 fuse number 5 which is a 10 amp fuse check to see if it has power.If good check the control side of the evap vant solenoid, key on engine off you should measure ground.
