2007, Chevrolet, Aveo, 1.6 code P0031

Question

I replaced h02 sensor and still get P0031 error on my 2007 Aveo Chevrolet -

Voltage reading of h02 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 - .452 volts

I've read voltage of connector disconnected from h02 sensor .452 at connector head and wire going into connector.

My resistance reading of h02 sensor is 6 ohms.

are there any other test to perform to verify trouble location?

any suggestions?

Expensive to replace ECM/PCM!
