P0300 Random misfire

Random misfire with a vehicle not able to accelerate past part throttle can be caused by faulty ignition coil, or even low fuel pressure, the fuel pressure specification are 52-59 psi, It is also a good idea to check and inspect the fuel pressure regulator for rupture by removing the vaumm hose and inspecting to see if fuel is leaking into the intake (with engine running).
