P0732 BMW -

Question

2001 bmw 740 il. the trans goes into limp mode when started, and dash indicator wont register,but when it gets to about 20 miles, i shut off the engine and kwickly turn the key it will stay on the dash indicator and i can dive it until it jumps out of gear, back into limp mode and indicator light goes out, i hear the soleniod click on the tranny, what could it be,i get a code p-1743 presure control solenoid ''e'' electrical or m44/m52 break band electrical..manufactors code..please help..
