I have the engine code P2432 on my 2007 Saturn Ion2 2.2 L, how do I fix this?

I have run the code scanner, and this is the code that comes up P2432. I know it is for the secondary air injection sensor, but what needs to be replaced? Does anyone have a diagram? Will cleaning the lines work?
