for my lencer 2002 CES lights with codes P0171 &p0715 What action do I need to take?

In my car CES lamp was coming and going off and the code was P0715. This time the CES lamp remain permanent and when checked the codes were P0171 and P0715. What could be the cause and remedies?

Vehicle: 2002, Mitubishi, Lenser 4 Cylender
