P0031 H02S heater control circuit low / high (sensor 1 bank 1)

P2119 Throttle actuator control throttle body range / performance

Correct for the heater control circuit first, P0031 can be caused by 02 sensor heater wires and 02 sensor wire to the ECM.This can also be cause by the 02 sensor heater fuse being open.
