i have replaced sensor 1 in bank with an oem and the code will not clear why

i have a 2008 nissan xterra replaced air fuel sensor with an oem and code is still there how do i clear it i have tried but it still comes up

check the grounds. Also just making sure you replaced the correct oxygen sensor its the one on the driver side on the exhaust manifold.
