The difference is is on the Long-Term Fuel Trim (LTFT) numbers. Negative fuel trim percentages indicate that the Engine Control Module (ECM) is attempting to enlean the fuel mixture to compensate for a perceived rich condition. A rich condition is usually caused by a leaking fuel injector or no spark at the cylinder. Since the injector, coil and spark are new and there is still a rich condition on the that bank, my guess is that the fuel injector seal is leaking or there is a problem with the ignition coil circuit.
