Hi there,

Since you have replaced the ignition components and the issue is still there, you might have low compression on that cylinder or an intake manifold vacuum leak. I would do a compression test and check for intake leaks. You may also want to try swapping the fuel injector for this cylinder with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves with the injector.
