P1516 Chevrolet -

Question

pontiac pursuit 2005 p1516 p2101 code (power reduced) that appear during driven. i try to clean the trottle body and it did not fix the problem The problem is intermitent. Sometime it doesn't appears for a while after i have erased the code and the car running fine. i can pull a trailler without any problem.
If the code appears during driving and when i reset the code i can drive it for a while before it appears again, am I right to think I have to change the trottle body to fix my problem.

The ETC (electronic throttle control) is fused protected and is also power is controled by a ETC relay, Change the relay first in the engine fuse block use the cover as a map . Someone posted a solved P1516 by changing the relay, even though they   installed  a new throttle body which did not resolve the problem, but then replaced the ETC relay which solved the problem.
