2007 Dodge 2500 Long Horn 6.7L with engine code P2565

Question

A P2565 code was scanned at the local dealership. They advised me they would have to order a special kit to drill a port into the engine and inject some non flamable cleaner into the turbo. They also advised me that if this cleaning did not work that I would have to change up the turbo$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$? What can be done to prevent this from happening again? Are there any additives that I can use in the fuel? This light has come on and off 2 x's so far for some reason? Currently the light is off. The engine runs well with no loss of power so far. What is the long term fix or is there 1?

P2565 Boost control solenoid

Dodge does not use P2565, You more than likely hve a electrical problem , can you get the code?Inject cleaner in the turbo? They can just go through the air duct.
