how can I fix p1168 04 Nissan titan 5.6 SE need picture of the part diagram or what causes this closed loop bank 2 where to find sensor.

There is a factory service bulletin for that problem. The bulletin suggest reprogramming the Engine Control Module (ECM) to repair the problem. Your local dealer should be able to reprogram the ECM for you. Although there is a factory bulletin for the problem, the warranty does not cover the repair.
