P0455 DODGE -

my 1999 dodge avenger reads code p0455. car stalls at times restarts goes may be fine for rest of day or continue this process..

P0455 Evaporative emission control system leak detected (gross leak)

This is for evap control, a large leak detected can be a result from a gas cap not properly sealing,or a vacuum hose disconnected at the intake manifold.As for the stalling at time, This may not be related to P0455, You have a idle speed/throttle actuator , that tends to foul up a throttle body and IAC cleaning may help with the stalling out at times
