code p0108 sensor wire for map reads 13.4v koer- normal?

wire for ecm at map is 13.4 volts running is this normal?

P01018 Map sensor high

The voltage is suppose to be 4.9- 5.0 volts,When you are this high it is shorted to battery voltage

disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor and remeasure, then measure the voltage at the ECM.
