I have a 2006 Pathfinder has a breakdown and examination when the back of this code P1764
What does it mean and what is the proper way repaired

The P1764 code means that there is a problem with the Direct Clutch Solenoid Valve Function, The Direct Clutch Solenoid Valve is inside of the transmission and it's part of the "Valve Body".

There is a factory service bulletin for this code (See "Tech Notes" on the code page). The service bulletin suggest to check the harness to the transmission. If the harness are OK, then you may have to replaced the "Valve Body" to fix the problem.

If you are not familiar on how to inspect harness and test the valve body, you should have a transmission shop do that,
