P0501 Vehicle speed sensor range/performance

This is the vehicle wheel speed sensor ,The ECM uses this for fuel injection , transmission shifting, and rough road condition,, if there is no vehicle speed from the wheel speed sensor , while you have engine speed  P0501 will code up, This code is also part of the ABS system.
