P0456 JEEP -

Question

My sons 2004 Grand Cherokee is only averaging about 10-15 mpg, he has a 4in lift kit on it 265/75/R17 A/T tires running the Power tech I 6, He also has a Fault Code of PO456 any help you can Give me would be greatly appreciated

P0456 EVAP leak monitor small leak detected

This is a small eavp leak more that likely a gas cap that can not seal. This will not cause high fuel consumption, What you have the power tech, I 6 which gives   16 /20 MPH whether you are manual or automatic
