how to repair obd2 scanner code po421 on 2004 Mitsubishi lancer

Po421 . I just bought my car which is a 2004 lancer, and I thought I seen there was a recall on issues that causes the obd2 scanner detected the code po421
Am I able to bring my vehicle in or not.

Recheck the code what you have listed is P0421 which is warm up catalyst below threshold, There is no P0421 for the Lancer.

Yes I noticed that also when i went on a site earlier.  So I did the scan again after the erase method and that same code came back on. Hmmmmm.. wondering myself if it is o2 sensor. Any suggestions now what to hunt for? .
