2001 GMC Sierra pick up with no speedometer, no high and no low gear P1860

I have a 2001 GMC Sierra Pick up truck, 5.3 engine, 4L80 auto transmission. My speedometer quit working at the same time as I have no high or low gear. Code comes up as P1860. What is my problem?

P1860 TCC PWM solenoid circuit electrical / transmission transfer case contact plate "D" short circuit to ground

You have a short, when you blow this fuse the speedometer quits working go to the underhood fuse box, replace the "ING  0" fuse it is a 10 amp fuse.
