2004 nissan maxima 3.5se with 94k p0780 code came up...

when i drive it, it does slip once in a while.. other times it just shifts at 2.5rpm.Can someone please tell em if the transmission is bad or at least guide me in the right direction cause i am not interested in paying Dealer prices.

You should stat by changing the transmission fluid.
