P0705 HONDA - 97 Civic

Question

I have a 97 civic and I'm getting a code P0705 and a P0122. The transmission shifts very irratic and when I'm driving at a speed above 45mph and I depress the gas to pass or pick up speed, the engine bogs down and it doesn't shift down to the lower gear to pass. I have to manually shift it down. Is the throttle position sensor the culpret and causing the P0705 code, or is the tranny range switch the problem? Or both?
