C0235 GMC - how do you fix this code?

Its been on for months my emergency brake line cable has been cut off how do I fix this

C0235 Open or grounded rear speed sensor signal  circuit

You have a ECBM to fix this is to measure for voltage at terminal E if voltage is there with key on engine off you have a rear speed sensor failure if no, replace the ECBM
