I just put on a new O2 housing for my Genesis Coupe 2.0T and right off the bat I got this code: P0038: HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

My buddy and I have come to the conclusion that the O2 sensor is bad but, I don't understand how an O2 sensor with 30k miles could go bad just light that. We were very careful with the sensor and all the wiring looks good.

The other thought I had is that it could be a fuse...

Help Please!

Vehicle: 2011, Genesis Coupe, 2.0T R-spec

Check the resistance on the O2 sensor connector, betwen terminals "1" and "2", should be 3.3-4.1 ohms. If is more than that then the sensor is bad.
