p0301 and p0306 plugs, manifold gasket, coils, injectors swapped no change

changed plugs,coils,intake manifold gaskets, even swapped injectors for change still same codes and rough idle

P0301 Misfire #1 cylinder

P0396 Misfire # 6 cylinder

Has the engine overheated? What you need to do is take a compression reading,When you swapped injector,you really need is to test for injector pulse,or power and injector signal, Same thing with the COP (coil on plug).

compression test 150 noid test good this is why I am at whats going on now 1 and 6 are on the same port on intake

Cylinder 1 and cylinder 6 is not on the same port, What is the cylinder head closet to you when you are in front of the engine, That is where number 1 is. the next cylinder behind it is number 2 so on one side of the bank is 1234 and on the other side is 5678.One test to do is a cylinder leak down,Is there anyway for you to do a cylinder balance test?
