P0021 KIA - what should I do to fix this code?

2008 Kia Optima showing code P0021. Maybe faulty camshaft actuator? What is that and how do I fix it.

The Oil Control Valve is on the right front of the engine, but before replacing the valve try changing the engine oil and filter first.
