My 2004 Ford F250 6.0L is hard to start. Has 3 codes P2284, P2289, and P2288

P2284 (ICP) Injector control pressure circuit rang/performance

P2289 (ICP) Injector control pressure Too high -Engine off

P2288 (ICP) Injector control pressure too high

Contact the dealer see if Recall  05S3453  , date 8/17/2005 pertains to your vehicle ,you will need the Vin #,other than that you have a ICP problem this can be related to low oil condition, areated oil, and also fuel pressure,
