I got a mazda 3 2004. I noticed that the check light engine is on and the radiator fan doesn't start automatically anymore whenever I just switch it on AC. Not like before. Another thing is that whenever I turned on the aircon I hear the radiator fan spin faster making some noise and I can feel the engine's increase power.

But whenever I don't start the engine and just on the AC mode and I use the aircon it doesn't make some noise at all. It seems that whenever the engine is on with the aircon in use the weird over spinning sound from the radiator fan occur.

Please help me with this.

P0126 & P01128 Coolant thermostat stuck open

P0125 Excessive time to enter closed loop fuel control

Seems like a stuck open thermostat,When the vehicle enter into closed loop you are at fuel control, The radiator fan gets its command from the engine temp sensor, If the sensor harness connection or the sensor is skewd the fan would just constantly run which in turn will wear the cooling fan out.
