P0101 SUZUKI -no stalling or smoke, have cleaned the sensor, should we replace it?

I have not noticed the car running any differently, but there is a clicking sound when idling. We have already cleaned the sensor but the light did not turn off. Yesterday, the service traction and stability control lights also came on. The check engine light just came on this morning and the only code that is coming up is P0101. I do not know if it could be related to the other warnings.

If the connection to the MAF is normal, and you have no engine vacuum leak, the air duct between the MAF sensor  and throttle body has no air leak, You engine oil dipstick is in place , you are not missing a oil fill cap ,not over filled with oil, and there is no other code, You should replace the MAF sensor, Whenever the Check engine light comes on the traction control and stability control are disabled.The purpose is to protect the catalytic
