2001 Infiniti QX4 3.5L with engine code P1110

Question

2001 QX4 3.5L It started stalling at stop signs and also inconsistant idle 2000 -1000 rpm real quick. I had Auto Zone hook to computer and they came up with code P1110 & P0505 so I installed a IACV and it didn't help the dealer tested it and said it was a bad one. I replaced it and the dealer tried to relearn the idle with no luck so he turned a screw under the throttle body to manually get it to idle. It was fine for 50 or so miles and now its right back where it started. It dies when you start it cold and the up/down idle comes and goes? Could it be the ECM or should I check further into the code P1110? Thanks Bill

It's very unlikely that the problem is the ECM. You should try to find what is the problem that is triggering the P1110 code. You can find more information here:
