p0380 stop running on the highway,air filter packed with crap ,primed and only run for 30 seconds

2003 gmc duramax 6.6 has code p0380 and p0404 stopped running ,after priming will run for 30 seconds help

P0404 EGR circuit range

Air filter plugged up,runs for 30 seconds then shuts of. The main player that is being affected is the aiflow sensorThe P0404 EGR can code up when the ECM detects a lower than expected EGR vacuum sensor signal and a higher than expected MAF (mass airflow rate),so air filter being plugged up can set this code,P0380 this is the glow plugs their purpose is to provide heat to begin combustion during cold engine temperature,the glow plugs are heated before and after during cranking as well as inital engine operation,To set this code either the glow plugs was commanded on and the signal is less than 4 volts,or is commanded off and the signal is more than 4 volts. The glowplug relay is protected by a fuseable link it looks just like a wire pull on it if it stretches and pull like a rubber band its open and you will have no power to the glowplug so you need to linspect the fuseable link, if open replace with the same rating. The engine fuse box has a fuse for the glow plug inspect  that also,Inspect the four fusable link and the 2 fuses for open condition here is a diagram
