2004 ford f-150 heritage 4.2 liter p2197-o2 sensor stuck lean

My truck is a 2004 Ford f-150 heritage. 4.2 liter I am getting a trouble code. 1 of 1 p2197. o2 sensor stuck lean {bank 2 sensor 1}. Iv'e already replaced the 2 front o2 sensors on exuaghst manifolds. But it has not fixed the problem. Please help !

P2197 Fuel control, check and inspect the intake for vacuum leaks,and also the PCV,inpect the hose make sure it is not collapse and the PCV valve is not plugged up.and also look and listen for vacuum leaks,especially the EGR,and how are the condition of the sparkplugs,make sure that is in good shape and worn causing over gaps.the ignition coil wire escpecailly at the cap make sure that not full of corrosion.
