sensor were supposed to be changed and the check engin light still comes on can you help?

P0161  02 sensor circuit problem bank2 sensor 2,

Probable causes Heater supply power circuit is open ,which may be the fuse,which is located in the engine fuse junction box listed as fuse number 16,if its open you replace it with the same amp rating, The other probable causes are in the harness the wire could of rub through,to really find the culprit the harness which is wrapped in tape has to be opened and wire inspected, they have a tendency to rub through causing heater circuit problems and blown fuses,
