Would a P0461 and P0463 codes be triggered if someone siphoned fuel out of the tank?

The owner of this 2006 Ford F-150 had their truck stolen and recovered. Fuel was siphoned out of the tank and both of these codes have popped up. I cleared the codes and test drove the truck to find the codes not to pop up again. Just checking to make sure my hunch is correct. :-)

It is somewhat likely, just reset the code and if it does not come back, dont worry about it.
