P2181 Performance malfunction in cooling system

Probable causes are engine coolant temp sensor reading a invalid temp,this can be from bad connection to cooalnt temp sensor being non op.The thermoastat when it ages opens early,The cooling fan system when you turn the A/C both fan should turn on.The water pump is also a main concern with the vehicle warmed up,the heater vent system should have heat come out readily if no a waterpump has failed
