The engine codes you provided for your 2008 Ford F350 6.4L truck point toward issues with the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) system. These codes indicate that the DPF system might not be regenerating properly, which could be due to a malfunctioning DPF pressure sensor, temperature sensor, or a clogged DPF filter itself. The P0128 code suggests a problem with the coolant thermostat, which might be stuck open causing the engine coolant to run cooler than intended.  I recommend starting by replacing the DPF and thermostat.
