2005 Toyota Echo 1.4L with the odbII codes p0456 and p0138 how do i fix?

P0456  Evap emission very small leak detected,

P0138 Heated 02 sensor, bank 1 sensor 2,high voltage

To solve p0456 replace the gas cap, its usually the gas cap that is the problem where it doesnt seal or if you did not secure as it is supposed to be, some gas cap ask for certain amount of clicks sound that ensure it is secured, As for P0138 that heated 02 sensor high voltage this is the oxygen sensor after the catalytic convertor when its high voltage. 2 possible scenerio occurs it is disconnected, the harness is not making contact or it internallly disconnected within the 02 sensor, so this is 02 sensor,known as downstream,a new is the solution,
