204 infiniti g35 radiator was leaking, replaced it and thermostat overheat set P1217 code. replaced stat and radiator, still no heat in car temp gauge works engine running at normal temp. Is this a blown fuse condition?

Vehicle: 2004 Infiniti G 35

turn on the heater and let the car warm up for about 5min and then hold 2,000 rpm for 5 min. There is air in the system that it why its not warming up. Drive the car after for about 15min with the heater on it should be fine

Tried that still not staying cool or replaced the radiator w/all aluminum 1,I've replaced the pressure  cap, and  still can't get it
