What Can I do to correct this problem and turn the light off to pass smog test?

1995 Acura integra with OBD codes P0303 and P1300, what can i do to correct this and turn check engine light off to pass smog test?

P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

Possible causes

- Improper spark plug at cylinder #3
- Insufficient compression at cylinder #3
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- The injector circuit is open or shorted at cylinder #3
- Fuel injector #3 may be faulty
- Intake air leak at cylinder

 

If you have not had a tune up (replace spark plugs) that could be causing the problem, check the spark plugs, coil packs and the wiring.
