bmw 328ci code P0128 sensor was changed about month ago why back on

a new one was bought and replace on my 2006 BMW 328 everything seems to be heating correctly and nothing leaking and coolant level is where it needs to be so a little confused on why it is back on. We bought a new sensor that was changed. the light was reset and after about a month its back on reading same code.
