its say cam sensor i replaced both sensors and put a new battery in and i still have the same codes after i cleared them

These codes indicate an issue with the cam and crank position sensor. Since replacing this sensor hasn't solved the issue, it could be due to faulty wiring or a faulty starter motor. I've included two links for you with info regarding these codes.
