P0743 - where is this circuit located on a 1998 Ford Taurus

Question

I have a 1998 Ford Taurus, P0743 is the code. No signs of a problem. Changed trans fluid and filter. Where is the Torque Converter clutch circuit located?

The torque converter clutch solenoid valve is inside the transmission.

If no problems, have you tried clearing the codes? if you did, did the code came back?
