P0130 sunfire2003 -

my 2003 sunfire is registering a P0130 code, I had already replaced the spark plug and the upper O2 sensor but it still has that engine trouble light.stepping the gas pedal lightly looks fine but when pressing pedal more engine stats to fail(misfiring)

You probably have another problem that is causing the engine misfiring. Usually a faulty O2 sensor will not cause the type of symptoms you described. Are there any other codes besides the P0130? Sounds like a bad ignition coil.
