Where is the Barometric Pressure Sensor Circuit Fault where ???

Question

My car has falt code is P1100 . It is the Barometric Pressure Circuit Falt.I don't know where is it in the engine or gear???? and Can I repair it ?
The filter in tank is fulled I can not speed over 120 Km/Hour. and sometime the engine is out of order but it can start again. and the engine is vibrate.
Fist time I had change the eledium spark. and change the bensil filter in the tank.
It is ok now.The pin on mile does not fluctuate. What should I do or change something in the engine or gear.
