2012 Dodge Journey 2.4L with error code P0441, what is the meaning of the code? how do I fix it?

The tech info for this code is Evap emissions system incorrect purge flow.

This is sort of a catch all code for the evap system. They sensors see the evap as not working correctly and sets the code. Any leak in the system or part that isn't functioning properly can cause this code. I would start with a new fuel cap, then clear the code. If the code returns, then a smoke test should be done to try and locate the leak. If there isn't any leak, each part of the system must be tested to locate the issue. On many of the chrysler products, replacing the leak detection pump resolves the problem.
