I change both o2 sensors and said with check valve but still come up with these code

P1115 for a Saab is engine torque control, a P0XXX these are what they call generic codes, a P!XXX or P2XXX is manufacture, Now if you pulled these code with a generic scal tool P1115 code definition is engine coolant temperature circuit high voltage/IAT-B circuit high input,

P0411 Secondary air injection incorrect flow detected,

Yes a temperature sensor will cause a P1115,this code is input is high,when ever you see input high that means wire, you are disconnected,either internally or externally (internally meaning the sensor ) The ECM is using IAT (Intake air temperature) in comparision for coolant temperature,being disconnected, you need to inspect 2 sensor coolant temperature connection and the IAT for proper connection. Because its disconnected the secondary air flow will not run.Satisfy the temperature sensor and Intake sensor,first,and look at the secondary air pump for any disconnected air hose
